Savoury and enjoyable breakfast with variety of choice. Excellent and unbeatable location, only a short distance to everywhere.

The lobby restaurant offered EXCELLENT dishes, and the breakfast was perfect and amazing. The location was particularly good and beautiful, in the mountains and overlooking the mountain. It was also just next door to quite far to krupowki, and all the main attractions.

Management should seriously reconsider the pricing for their wellness area!!! It's ridiculous to pay extra for services that should be included. The outdated room furnishings and decor left much to be desired!!!

It is nestled in the centre of the town, right by Podwodny Swiat Zakopane Aquarium. It's just next door to mountains, professional services given by the staff and the main promenade Krupowki.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool with small sauna is included. Spa costs extra but is affordable. There is a regular shuttle bus to the centre. We will be happy to come back.

About 15 minutes walk to the center. But there is a bus. Unless you miss it.

The breakfast had a wide selection, including freshly baked pastries! The access to hiking trails was great.

The bathroom in the standard room was equipped with a completely outdated hair dryer, so for hair styling in the wellness area. Overall, the hotel tries to present itself as upscale, but allows guests to sit in their bathrobes at the bar and in the lobby.

Journey time consuming, as there is no continuous motorway yet. In the village high traffic volume at certain times.

Staying here was perfect for our family. We loved waking up to the amazing views of the Tatras every morning. Our kids had a blast with the engaging entertainment options available, and the staff was attentive. The nearby hiking trails were a hit with everyone, including my boyfriend!

My kids wished there were more organized activities specifically for them to enjoy. The swimming pool area gets crowded during peak times, which could be a little chaotic with kids around.

Very good location, friendly staff, clean and nice rooms, breakfast of the finest, there is really everything, good restaurant in the hotel, dog-friendly!

Parking could be free in this price category. Bathroom was not completely clean (hair in the bathtub and on the shower head).

We had a great time with the impressive spa area, particularly the modern saunas that looked out to the mountains. The breakfast was also fantastic, featuring a wide selection that impressed us each morning. Our room had a lovely view, but it was a bit outdated compared to photos. I'd definitely come back!

The vodka was far too strong - gave us a terrible hangover but can't really blame the hotel for that:-)
